The Zer0Now Campaign™
We bring compassion and healing to victims around the world who reach out to us every day in the battle against gender violence, sexual harassment, retaliation and institutional betrayal.
The voice for a safer workplace.
We’ve championed the causes of victims in the military, the RCMP and in the everyday workplace. Our voice is regularly heard and cited in parliament and in the media. It’s helping to make the workplace safer.
Rebuilding lives by restarting careers.
Too many victims pay with their careers for coming forward. Retaliation often makes finding a new job difficult. Our Hire Us Back program helps find a safe path in a trusted organization when victims want to reengage in the workplace.
Working for better health outcomes for victims of gender violence.
We’ve called for a national awareness & action plan to address the health risks, neurobiological impacts and long-term emotional damage caused by gender violence and sexual harassment.
Game-changing advocacy to engage lawmakers and public institutions in preventing avoidable harm.
We’ve proposed trauma-informed training for legislators and public officials. Our recommendation for annual disclosure of sexual misconduct statistics is now law at the federal level. Our roadmap for curbing gender-based violence calls for the creation of a gender-related anti-violence commissioner reporting to parliament.
Ending Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Coming forward should never make things worse. But for too many victims, that’s been the outcome. We were the first to call on all public institutions to end the practice of forced non-disclosure agreements and to release victims from existing agreements at their request.
